BMW 325i

BMW 325i The BMW 3 Series is a compact luxury car manufactured by the German automaker BMW since May 1975. Successor to the BMW New Class, it has been produced in five different generations and in no less than five different body styles. Both trims share the same standard six-speed automatic transmission with Steptronic manual shift mode, as well as BMW's xDrive intelligent all-wheel drive system. Standard equipment includes 18-inch alloy wheels, a Panorama glass moonroof, automatic climate control, wood interior trim and leather upholstery (leatherette on the xDrive30i); an optional third-row seat adds versatility, increasing seating capacity to seven passengers. Safety features on every X5 include anti-lock disc brakes, Dynamic Stability Control with traction control and rollover sensor, run-flat tires, bi-xenon adaptive headlamps, adaptive LED brake lights, front side-impact airbags and overhead curtain airbags for all rows.

Volvo S80

Mercedes Benz C300

Equipped with the 18s, the C300 drives much as the C350s we've sampled. The steering is heavy, yet offers good feel and quick response. Braking inputs and feedback are well matched to the steering, devoid of the wooden pedal feel that has plagued many Mercedes models over the last 10 or so years. The ride/handling balance is on the sporty side of firm, but still comfortable on all but the worst road surfaces. Body roll is minimal. It's relatively quiet not Lexus IS quiet, but the C300 is a more responsive car. The body structure is drum tight, with no squeaking or creaking, and the trunk is large and useable.

Mercedes Benz E350

With Mercedes, its first big splash was with luxurious midsize sedans. Today, the company now offers an array of vehicles from two-seat sports cars to full-size SUVs. Mercedes Benz S550

The Mercedes-Benz S-Class is as synonymous with state-of-the-art luxury and safety features as it is with country club prestige. As Mercedes' largest sedan, the S-Class offers the most room for rear-seat passengers, making it a favorite of wealthy dads and heads of state alike.

Mercedes has used its flagship sedan to pioneer many modern technologies, such as airbags, antilock brakes and stability control. Hill Assist Control stops the SUV from sliding backwards on steep inclines. Downhill Assist Control modulates engine and wheel braking to avoid nose-diving in the opposite direction. And if that's not enough to help you boldly go where TV ads have gone before, the GX470 also has full-time all-wheel-drive, a limited slip diff, rear air suspension and enough ground clearance to mount a MINI. I couldn't find a single hill, rut or rock that could ruffle the 470's mechanical feathers

BMW 5 Series Car Rental
